The Veltnova app

The Veltnova app (iOS and Android) controls a smart home or building through a Veltnova gateway installed by ARM-SBC L.L.C-FZ or its partners.

What the app uses and stores

• Account details: the username (user ID) given to you by your installer, and a session token. These are stored on your device to keep you signed in, and sent only to your own gateway or the Veltnova cloud relay you connect through.
• Your home's configuration and live status: pages, device names and values such as lights, temperatures and energy readings. These are loaded from your gateway or its cloud account, and are not sold, shared, or used for advertising.
• Microphone: used only during live intercom calls, to carry your voice to the caller. The app does not record or store audio.
• Camera views and snapshots:the app displays video and missed-call pictures that come from your own cameras and intercom. The app does not use your phone's camera.
• Local network access: used to find and connect to your gateway on your Wi-Fi.

What we do not do

We do not track you across apps or websites, include advertising or analytics SDKs in the app, or sell or share your data.

Cloud relay

When you are away from home, your requests pass through Veltnova cloud servers so the app can reach your gateway. The relay carries your commands and status, and is operated by ARM-SBC L.L.C-FZ.

Demo mode

"Try demo" runs entirely on your device with sample data. It does not connect to any gateway or server.

Deleting your data

You can sign out in the app's Settings, which removes the session from your device, or uninstall the app. To delete your account and any data held in the cloud, contact your installer or write to support@arm-sbc.com.

• Use of information: your data is used solely to process enquiries, manage accounts, and improve our services.
• Data security: all information is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except when required to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.
• Cookies: our website may use cookies to enhance your browsing experience and track performance analytics.
• User rights: you can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us directly.
• GDPR-style rights: where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection to processing of your personal data. Requests can be sent to sales@arm-sbc.com or support@arm-sbc.com.
• Retention: we retain account, enquiry, order, and transaction information only as long as needed for service delivery, legal compliance, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution.
• Policy updates: this policy may be revised occasionally, and updates will be reflected on this page. By using our website or app, you consent to this Privacy Policy.
